Reactive Dyes

Keeping in view the requirement of modern society and in order to ensure smooth working to bring innovative blends, as the other units follow, we too had transition from conventional aspect of Reactive Dyes to Innovative blend of quality. It is the vital part with sustainability and hence considered strongly, as a top priority by us.

For coloring textiles, we have to use organic substances of intense colors. It is the reaction of the dye on the fiber, rather, it has chemical properties which reveal into very stringent long lasting adherence on fabric. Even harsh washing does affect the colors. This is the major aspect of quality which also attract the customers.

Here, it is note-worthy that we offer superior type of Reactive Dyes, which are safer for environment and also proved economically affordable. We consciously use superior quality of raw material, duly certified by COA (Certificate of analysis). That is why our customers are fully satisfied and well assured about the quality.

Cellulose fiber and wool as well as nylon are also died with reactive dyes. It is quite common to use reactive dyes on cotton which is appreciably sticking to the cotton and there is no risk to wash the fabric with even white ones.

Colors and Fastness Properties

Reactive Dyes Manufacturer in India

Product quality is determined by one of the major aspect namely color fastness. Fast colors are eye-catching and preferred exclusively.

It is observed that considerable stresses are revealed during production and usages. These aspects result into the change of undesirable colors which are quite irrelevant. Color intakes are generally of two sorts, that is, color intake (bleeding into) and color loss (bleeding). Hence it is of vital importance in view of giving priority to determine fastness of color which is ensured by reactive dyes.

In other words, color fastness is known to be or defined as the ability of the original color of duly finished textile. To face, rather resist the challenges, whatsoever, seen during lifelong working or utilization of fabric REACTIVE DYES is the solution for it, as stated above.

So far as apparel is considers, generally major changes/variations are observed consequent to the challenges or adversities as indicated below, for apparel:

Exposure to light, loss of dye during laundry wash, rubbing (mechanical rubbing, perspiration fastness) and even temperature experienced during ironing beyond thermal stability. Surprisingly, our textile colored with reactive dyes do not affect due to all these reasons.

The color which do not fade with washing or’ wear and tear’ can be defined as COLOR FASTNESS i.e. the colors and dyes of clothing do not fade or decolorized. Therefore, it is treated to be colorfast. From the point of view of the customer, colorfastness plays important role. It is also most important parameter to decide quality of the product and hence we reinstate that reactive dyes of our company are most useful in this aspect.

Testing of color fastness: For testing of color fastness locate the hidden spot or seam of garment and then apply cleaner to it thereupon dabbing the areas with cotton cloth which should be very clean. It never gets fade when reactive dyes are used.

Resultantly, if the color gets faded or removed from the garment, the cleaning product should not be used.

In essence, resistance of the color against outer influences including atmosphere is defined as colorfastness. This can be classified as
(1) Product Color Fastness (2) Usages Color Fastness.

Here, we must point out that during the color fastness test, change of color between treated and untreated sample is measured (within the visible spectrum). Color shade and color purity are responsible for color change.

You will find that in our REACTIVE DYES, there are least possibilities of occurrence of the above adversities.

Before we explain about usages, we should understand that Reactive dyes are quite flexible in usage while printing on natural fibers especially cotton but these dyes are also used for printing on wool, silk or even viscose.

High quality of the colors produced by reactive ink specifically when printing on cotton or viscose.

It qualifies high wash fastness even in machine wash. Textiles are washed often without losing color quality.

We reproduce below the printing process in brief. More details regarding proportion of the material are furnished in our literature relates to PRINTING METHOD.

Let us first enlist stock thickeners: Sodium alginate, urea, resist salt Sodium bicarbonate and water

Preparation of print paste: Stock thickener and multi printing dyes are required for further processing

Material are printed and thereafter dried

There are various methods of dyestuff fixation such as steam fixation, thermo fixation, high temperature steam fixation and washing-off process on varied temperatures especially with soft water.
